1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of our online store and the purchase of our electronic product (hereafter referred to as “Product” or “Logo”). “Customer” – it’s you, as long as you have full capacity to act and you are 18. “Operator” – is an online store “Logo” – a unique, original graphic design identifying a company, person, or event.

  1. Product

The Product is a digital item made to order for each customer, and it will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. The Product cannot be returned or refunded due to its nature as a custom-made digital product.

  1. Ordering

Orders can be placed through our online store, and payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. The price of the Product is clearly stated on our website, and we reserve the right to modify the price at any time without prior notice.

  1. Delivery

Delivery of the Logo concept will be made within 24 hours of the order being placed and payment being confirmed, as well as delivery of each subsequent revision made to the proposal, if applicable. Delivery will be made electronically to the email address provided during checkout. The customer has 2 working days from the date of receipt of the email from the Operator to accept the proposal or request further revisions. If the deadline is exceeded, the service is considered to have been completed, and there is no possibility of further modification of the project. The customer may accept the proposal before the expiration of the 2 working days deadline.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials and content displayed on our website are the property of the Operator. The customer may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of ours without our prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product or the online store. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the customer’s use of the Product or the online store.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Poland law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time with prior notice. The customer will be informed about any changes made to the Agreement. The customer’s continued use of the online store and purchase of the Product after any such modifications shall constitute the customer’s acceptance of the modified Agreement.

  1. Contact Information

In case of any questions or complaints, the customer can contact us via email at [insert email address]. The customer is obliged to inform the Operator of any changes to their email address.  The effective delivery of messages sent to email addresses not updated by the customer is deemed to be the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Amendments

-Amendments refer to any minor graphic modifications to the submitted proposal, in particular: changes to font size, changes to font style, changes to text color, relocation of design elements, and changes to the composition.

-However, new proposals that deviate from the first proposed design, in particular changes to the emblem/icon/image, and color gradients of vector elements, are not considered amendments.

-The user has the option to request amendments only up to the number included in the purchased package.

-Each modification is counted separately, for example, collective changes consisting of changing the color and font style will be counted as two amendments.

-Provided that amendments are entitled and precisely indicated, they will be incorporated into the project within 2 business days of receipt.

By placing an order and making a payment, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions and agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The customer also agrees that the email address provided during checkout is accurate and up-to-date.

11. Affiliate Program Commission and Payouts:

-Affiliate members shall receive a commission based on the amount paid by the customer for the product. The commission details shall be visible upon logging into the affiliate program dashboard

-Payouts will be processed once the affiliate has accumulated a minimum balance of $50. Payout processing times may range from 1 to 7 business days.
